Refund Policy

- A Refund minus the deposit will be given on any cancellation made with more than 45 days remaining until to the first day of camp session.

- A Refund minus the deposit will be given on any cancellation made with more than 14 days remaining until to the first day of camp session ONLY if the spot is filled by a camper from the waiting list.

- No refunds will be given on any cancellation made with less than 14 days remaining until to the first day of camp session.

- For Scholarship Applicants: In a situation where the Scholarship Award offered to you is not sufficient for you to still allow your child to attend camp, a Full Refund will be issued.
