Refund Policy
We understand that plans change. Therefore, if you need to drop out of camp more than two weeks prior to the start date for camp, Berkeley Albany Girl Scout Day Camp will refund your registration fee minus the $50.00 Administration fee once you provide written notice (email) to Maureen Wikander, moweenie@gmail.com.
If you need to drop out of camp less than two weeks prior to the start of camp, your registration fees will be refunded only if the space can be filled by another potential camper on the wait list. The exception being if the camper is unable to attend due to physical problems or constraints. Please include a medical note to that effect with your written notice. In this event, we will refund your fee payment in total.
