Refund Policy

Tuition Policy:
Upon registration 50% of the tuition is required. To secure your child's space, final payment is due no later than June 1.

Note that there is a non-refundable 3% Convenience Fee for all credit card transactions. This fee is not charged on any e-check, ACH or debit card transactions.

Refunds:
Full refunds will be issued only if notification is given in writing on or before May 1. After May 1, a 50% refund will be offered until June 1. After June 1, there will be no refunds for cancellations. Session swaps can be honored, space permitting.

Note that the 3% Convenience Fee for all credit card transactions is collected directly by UltraCamp and is non-refundable.
