Refund Policy

If you cancel 15 days (or more) before your program starts, you will receive a refund minus $100 per session. If you cancel less than 15 days before your program starts, no refund will be issued. We occasionally make exceptions for medical conditions (with a doctor's note), family emergencies (such as a death in the immediate family) or financial hardship. Please note: Custom Programs have their own cancellation policy.
If you would like to transfer your registration to a different camp session, let us know as soon as possible. If there is space in the target session, we can sometimes transfer you from one camp to another with a $20 administrative fee. If there is no space in the camp you want to switch to you can add your child to the waitlist for the camp. If you do not get selected from the waitlist, you can switch to a different available week or cancel (as per our refund/cancellation policy). If the camp start date is less than 15 days away, we cannot guarantee any changes will be possible.

If you cancel 15 days (or more) before your program starts, you will receive a full refund minus your non-refundable deposit. After that, to cancel, we require one month’s notice, or if you want to cancel immediately, we will require the following month of tuition.
- - - School Year Programs - Paid by Charter - - -
To cancel, we require one month’s notice, or if you want to cancel immediately, we will require a cancelation fee equivalent to one month’s tuition. Please contact us first if you wish to cancel (before notifying your charter).

Some specialty programs will have their own cancelation/refund policy. In such cases, it will be listed on the program page.

Custom programs will have their own cancelation/refund policy - which will be shared with custom program contact parent when the program is being set up.
- - - Special Situations - - -
Occasionally there may be situations where we feel a child has social and or emotional needs beyond our capacity. In such cases we may ask that you consider hiring an aide or trying camp again another year.
We have a strict policy on violence and abuse. If for any reason we feel a child is acting inappropriately, we may ask them to leave the program.
For any situations where we ask your child to leave a program, a refund will be issued, at our discretion, for any days remaining in the program.
